Abstract

 In accommodation establishments, employees are the most important factor of the production and organization’s performance. Because of this reason,  the efforts are made to attract qualified employees to the organization and to ensure their organizational commitment. For organizational commitment, it is needed ethical leaderships whose behaviours with reliable, visible, fair, principled, and they support their subordinates in organizations. Another factor is the existence of employees who are compatible with the goals and values of the organizations and their personal values and goals. Person –organization fit also has a positive effect on the performance of the employees and the success of the organization.

 The main purpose of this research is conceptual reviewing the relationships of person ogranization fit, organizational commitment and ethical leadership and also emphasizing the importance of variables for accomodation establishments evaluating studies on them.  As a result of the research, it has been seen that there are positive relations between the mentioned variables and they support each other.
