TÜRK MÜZİĞİ NAZARİYATI VE SOLFEJ DERSİNİN GELENEKSEL MEŞK SİSTEMİ İLE UYGULANABİLİRLİĞİNE DAİR EĞİTİMCİ GÖRÜŞLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Türk müziği kültürel mirâsının gelecek nesillere intikâli, meşk adı verilen bir öğretim ve aktarım sistemine dayanmaktadır. Bu sistem ile yüzyıllarca Türk müziği kültürel birikiminin devamlılığı sağlanmıştır. Hoca-talebe ilişkisi içerisinde taklit ve tekrar esasına dayanan meşk geleneği, yirminci yüzyılın başlarından îtibâren nota sisteminin kullanılması ve eğitime dahil edilmesiyle farklı boyutlar kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Türk müziği eğitimi veren konservatuvarlarda okutulmakta olan Türk Müziği Nazariyatı ve Solfej dersinin, eğitimcilerin görüşlerine dayalı olarak geleneksel meşk sistemi ile uygulanabilirliğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda veriler; ulaşılabilen ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılım sağlayan Türk Müziği Nazariyatı ve Solfej dersi veren 20 eğitimciye anket formu ve yapılandırılmış görüşme yapılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırma ile elde edilen bulgular neticesinde, Türk Müziği Nazariyatı ve Solfej dersinin meşk sistemi ile uygulanmasında makamların ve makamlara özgü perde, nağme gibi karakteristik özelliklerin daha iyi anlaşıldığı, notanın destekleyici bir araç olduğu ve ayrıca meşk sistemine âit yeni bir nota yazısına ihtiyaç duyulmadığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

Transferring the cultural heritage of Turkish music to future generations is based on a teaching and transmission system called meşk. With this system, the continuity of the cultural accumulation of Turkish music for centuries has been ensured. The tradition of meşk, which is based on imitation and repetition within the teacher-student relationship, has gained different dimensions since the beginning of the twentieth century with the use of the notation system and its inclusion in education. In this study, it is aimed to determine the applicability of the Turkish Music Theory and Solfeggio course, which is taught in conservatories that provide Turkish music education, with the traditional meşk system based on the views of the educators. For this purpose, data; It was collected by making a questionnaire and structured interviews from 20 of the educators of the Turkish Music Theory and Solfege course, who could be reached and participated in the research voluntarily. As a result of the findings obtained from the research, it has been revealed that the makams and the characteristic features such as fret and tune are better understood in the application of the Turkish Music Theory and Solfeggio lesson with the meşk system. It has been concluded that the notation is a supportive tool and that there is no need for a new notation of the meşk system.
