Abstract
Yaşamın her alanında inovasyondan bahsetmek mümkündür. Sosyal yaşam ortamında sporun kapsadığı yer tartışma götürmeyecek kadar büyüktür. Sporun ruhunda olan bireyin kendisi ve rakibi ile rekabet olgusu sporda inovasyon yerini ve önemini açıklamaya yeterli olabilir. Sporda hayata yönelik ve faydalı sonuçlar almaya dönük yeni metot ve planlamaya, sporda inovasyon denmektedir. Artık birçok ülkede sporda inovasyondan söz edilmektedir. Bu sporda yeni bir reform ve sporda yenilenmektedir. Günümüz dünyasında artık sadece futbol değil spor her dalı birer ''sanayi'' kolu olarak algılanmakta ve neredeyse her bir spor kulübü bir ticari işletme gibi yönetilmektedir. Söz konusu spor dallarında yapılan yeni ve yenilikçi çalışmalar hem ülkelere, hem kurumlara, hem de onların yöneticilerine ''başarı, kar ve itibar ''kazandıran en önemli husus olarak göz kamaştırmaktadır. Nijer sporunun en önemli sorunlarından biri öncelikle iyi bir spor uzmanına (insan kaynakları) sahip olması, ikincisi ise olumlu yönetim sistemi ve olumlu yönetici eksikliğidir. Bu sorun, eğitim, modern dünyaya açık yöneticilerin oluşumu ve önemli mevkiler üstlenen bilim ile çözülecektir. Bu sorun akademisyenlerin araştırma ve çalışmalarıyla çözülecektir. Gelecek nesillerin iyi bir şekilde yetiştirilmesi için spor aydınlarının Nijer spor kütüphanesine katkısı sağlanmalıdır.

Abstract
Innovation is possible in every area of life because the place covered by sports in the social life environment is so large that it cannot be disputed. The fact that the individual, who is in the spirit of sports, competes with himself and his opponent may be sufficient to explain the place and importance of innovation in sports. The new method and planning for life-oriented and beneficial results in sports is called innovation in sports. Innovation in sports is now observed in many countries. This is a new reform in sport and renewal in sport. Nowadays, sport disciplines like football is not just a sport but every branch of sports is perceived as an "industry" branch and almost every sports club is managed like a commercial enterprise. The new and innovative studies carried out in this article showed in both countries, institutions and their managers as the most important issue that brings "success, profit and reputation". The first most important problems of Niger’s sport is that it does not have a good sports specialist (human resources) and the second is the lack of a good management system and good managers. This problem will be solved by education, the formation of managers according to the modern world, and science taking important positions in the world. Surely, this problem is solved by the studies of academicians. In order to well raise future generations, sports intellectuals should contribute to the Niger sports library.
