Abstract
İnsanlığın varoluşu açısından, pek çok yapıyı dönüştüren, etkileyen ve etkilenen kozmoloji kavrayışı, önemli kırılma noktalarına uğradığında insan yaşamıyla bağlantılı olarak yaşamın her katmanı değişmiştir. İnsanın kendisini doğadan ayırmasıyla ve onu anlamaya çalışmasıyla başlayan süreçte, kavramları dilsel bağlamda somutlaştıran ve akledilebilir hale getiren mitlerle birlikte, ilk kozmogoniler ve teogoniler ortaya çıkmıştır. Gök ve yeryüzünün ikiliğine dayalı bu anlatılarda, gezegenler birer arketip olarak ve aynı zamanda deneysel alanda gözlemlenebilir hareketleriyle, yeryüzündeki etkileri açısından dönem insanlarının temel araçlarından olmuştur. Ptolemaios ve Aristoteles’le kurulan dünya merkezli kozmolojinin yerini Kopernik’in Güneş merkezli kozmolojisinin alması en büyük kırılma noktalarından bir tanesidir. Sonrasında Kepler, Galileo, Newton ve nihayetinde, 21.yy varlık kavrayışlarına etki eden kozmoloji teorileriyle Einstein gibi bilim insanlarının teorileri, metafizik özü itibariyle sanatsal ifadelerde de karşılık bulmuştur. Bu bağlamda bakıldığında Alman sanatçı Anselm Kiefer sanatında kozmolojiye yer vererek, varoluşa dair sorgulamalara yeni önermeler getirmesi açısından ayrıcalıklı bir yere sahiptir. Savaş, yıkım ve soykırım temalarının yanı sıra doğa ve insan ilişkisini de işleyen sanatçının eserleri kozmoloji aracılığıyla okunabilir. Bu çalışmada amaçlanan; Kiefer’in sanatında ifade aracı olarak kullandığı bilimsel alanı metafiziksel boyuta çevirme noktasındaki referans alanlarını kozmoloji üzerinden irdelemektir.

Abstract
When the understanding of cosmology, which transforms, affects and is affected by many structures, has reached important breaking points for the existence of humanity, every layer of life has changed in connection with human life. In the process that started with humanity separating itself from nature and trying to understand it, the first cosmogonies and theogony emerged with the myths that embody the concepts in linguistic context and make them intelligible. In these narratives based on the duality of the sky and the earth, the planets, as archetypes, and also with their observable movements in the experimental field, became one of the main tools of the people of the period in terms of their effects on the earth. One of the biggest breaking points is that Copernicus' heliocentric cosmology replaced the earth-centered cosmology established with Ptolemy and Aristotle. Afterwards, the theories of scientists such as Kepler, Galileo, Newton, and finally Einstein with the cosmological theories that influenced the 21st century understanding of existence, found a response in artistic expressions in terms of metaphysics. In this context, German artist Anselm Kiefer has a privileged place in terms of bringing new propositions to the questioning of existence by giving place to cosmology in his art. The works of the artist, who deal with the themes of war, destruction and genocide, as well as the relationship between nature and humans, can be read through cosmology. The aim of this study; It is to examine the scientific field that Kiefer uses as a means of expression in his art and the reference fields at the point of turning it into a metaphysical dimension through cosmology.
