Abstract
Cumhuriyet döneminin en önemli olaylarından biri hiç kuşkusuz 1923 Türk-Yunan mübadelesidir. Bu elbette gönüllü değil zorunlu bir göç olmuştur. Nüfus mübadelesi ile birlikte elbette binlerce kişinin hayatı önemli ölçüde değişmiştir. Binlerce kişi evlerini kaybetmiş ve sadece bununla kalmamış ailelerini , dostlarını , akrabalarını kaybetmiştir. 1923 Türk-Yunan göç mübadelesi ile çok sayıda kişi de hayatını kaybetmiştir. 1923 mübadelesinin etkileri hala hissedilmekte ve araştırılmaya da devam edilmektedir. Bu makalede Türk-Yunan mübadelesinin nedenleri , etkileri ve sonuçları ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
In the Republic period time , most important thing population exchange between Turkey and Greece in 1923. This exchange didn’t voluntary. It was the mandatory. Many people’s life changed with this population exchange. Hundreds of thousands people to impact while negatively because of people lost their home which they must lived another country . They forced to lived foreign houses without their want. These people just did not lost their home they lost friend , relatives ,parents . According to report a lot of people died in this exchange time. That effects are still feeling . This article to focuses that population exchange reasons , impacts and results .
