Abstract
Bu makalede belediyecilik hizmetlerinin, dijital ve teknolojik gelişmelere uyumu, hayat boyu öğrenme çerçevesinde sunulan eğitsel faaliyetler ele alınarak incelenecektir. Yirmi birinci yüzyıl becerilerini elde etmiş birey ve toplum, kazandığı bu yeni bilgi ve kabiliyetlerle zamanın istediği şekilde donatılacaktır. Bu becerilerden en önemlisi kuşkusuz teknolojik yeniliklere uyum ve dijital platformlara yetkin olma yeteneğidir. Hayat boyu öğrenme faaliyetleri ile sosyal belediyecilik etkinlikleri bir arada yürütüldüğünde birey çağın zorunlu tuttuğu bu kazanımlara sahip olacaktır. Çalışmada literatür araştırması yöntemi kullanılacak ve tekno-belediyecilik hizmetleri analiz edilecektir. Çalışmanın temel amacı hayat boyu öğrenme kavramı ile tekno- belediyecilik kavramlarının uygulamada birbirini tamamlayan ve birbirleriyle uyumlu iki eş değer unsur olduğu gerçeğini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Aynı zamanda yaşadığımız çağda önemi giderek artan bu her iki kavramın açıklaması yapılacaktır. Çalışmada yerel yönetimler konusunda ayrıntılı bilgi verilecek, dijital çağ ve yeterlilikleri konusunda araştırma yapılacaktır. Ayrıca çalışmada hayat boyu öğrenme ve dijital çağ kavramlarının tanımı ve kapsadığı konular derinlemesine irdelenecektir. Çalışmanın sonunda tartışma ve öneriler kısmı mevcuttur.

Abstract
In this article, the compatibility of municipal services with digital and technological developments will be examined by considering the educational activities offered within the framework of lifelong learning. Individuals and society, who have acquired the skills of the twenty-first century, will be equipped with these new knowledge and abilities as time demands. The most important of these skills is undoubtedly the ability to adapt to technological innovations and to be competent in digital platforms. When lifelong learning activities and social municipality activities are carried out together, the individual will have these gains required by the age. In the study, literature research method will be used and techno-municipal services will be analyzed. The main purpose of the study is to reveal the fact that the concept of lifelong learning and techno-municipalism are two equivalent elements that complement and are compatible with each other in practice. At the same time, the explanation of these two concepts, which are increasing in importance in the age we live in, will be made. In the study, detailed information about local governments will be given and research will be made on the digital age and its competencies. In addition, the definition of lifelong learning and digital age concepts and the subjects they cover will be examined in depth in the study. At the end of the study, there is a discussion and suggestions section.
