Abstract
Uzakdoğu devletleri dünya üzerinde sayı olarak yirmi tane olmasına rağmen, geçmişten günümüze kadar olan süreç içerisinde özellikle bazı devletlerin ön plana çıktığı aşikardır.Bu devletler Japonya, Çin ve son zamanlarda Kuzey Kore adını çokça duyduğumuz devletler olmuştur. Uzakdoğu ülkelerindeki güvenlik algısı, Uzakdoğu ülkelerinin birbirleriyle mücadeleleri ve batı bloğu ülkelerin Uzakdoğu ülkelerine müdahale etme çabaları çevresinde şekillenmiştir. Bu bağlamda İkinci Dünya Savaşı yıllarından önceki süreç ve İkinci Dünya savaşı sonrası süreç Japonya esas alınmak üzere tüm Uzakdoğu ülkelerinin güvenlik algılarının değişiminde önemli rol oynamıştır. Bu bağlamda Batı bloğu ülkeleri ve ABD’nin Japonya ile mücadelesi Uzakdoğu ülkelerinin güvenlik ekseninin belirlenmesinde öncü rol oynamıştır. Ancak, ilerleyen zamanlarda Japonya, Çin ve Kore Uzakdoğu da artık gelişen teknolojileri sayesinde büyük güç sahibi olmuşlardır. Böyle olunca artık adını saydığımız bu devletler güvenlik anlamında bölgenin yeni güçleri durumuna gelmişlerdir. Bundan sonraki süreçte bu Uzakdoğu devletleri kendi güvenlik stratejilerini belirlemede önemli adımlar atmışlar ve kendi stratejilerini kendileri belirleme konusunda söz sahibi devletler durumuna gelmişlerdir. Artık bu devletlerin bir zamanlar güvenlik stratejilerinde etken rol oynayan devletlere kafa tutmaya başladıklarını da görmekteyiz. Bu devletler artık dünyada güvenlik stratejileri konusunda belirleyici rol oynadıkları ortadadır

Abstract
Althought the far East states are twenty in number in the world, it is obvious that some states have come to the fore in the process from the past to the present. The perfection of security in the far East countries has been shaped within the framework of the struggle of the far East countries in this context, the period before the Second World War and the period after the Second World War played an important role in the change of security perceptions of the all Far East countries, based on Japan. In this context the struggle of the Western bloc countries and the USA againts Japan played a leading role in determining the security axis of the Far East countries. However, in the future, Japan, China and Korea have gained great power in the Far East thanks to their devoloping technologies as such, these states, whose names we have mentioned, have become the new powers of the region in terms of security. In the following process, these Far Eastern states have taken important steps in determining their own security strategies and have become the states that have a say in determining their own strategies. Now we see that these states have started to challenge the states that once played an active role in their security strategies. İt is clear that these states now play a decisive role in security strategies in the World.
