Abstract
Arap dili ve belâgatı ilminin en önemli konularından birisi olan harf-i cerler, cümlenin anlaşılması açısından en önemli yapı taşı olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Harf-i cerli filler ise, fiil üzerinde ki harf-i cerlerin değişimi ile, bir fiilin anlamı kısmen veya tamamen değişebilirken bir diğer yandan ise açıklayıcı olarak gelebilmektedir. Bu sebeple ana dili Arapça olmayan veya Arapçayı çok iyi derece de bilmeyen kişiler Arapça bir metin okuduğu zaman, harf-i cerli fiilleri yanlış ya da eksik anlayabilmektedirler. Arapçanın evrensel bir dil olup Müslümanların ibadetlerinde çok önemli bir boyutu olduğu söylenebilir. Harf-i cerli bir fiilin harf-i cer’ini yanlış kullanımında anlamın dışına çıkacağı için ibadetin yanlış yapılmasına ve ibadetin fasit olması söz konusudur. Bu sebeple ana dili Arapça olmayan kişilerin veya Arapçayı çok iyi bilmeyen kişilere harf-i cerli fiiller üzerinde durup öğretmek en önemli vecibelerden birisidir, Bu çalışmada Bakara sûresi üzerinde fiillerin harf-i cerlerinin değişmesinde anlamlarının nasıl değiştiği karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenecektir.

Abstract
One of the most significant subjects of the Arabic language and rhetoric, prepositions are the most essential elements to be able to perceive the meaning of a sentence. Prepositional verbs, on the other hand, can change the meaning partially or completely, with the alteration of the prepositions included in the verbs. And besides, they can act as explanatory. Fort his reason, when people whose native language is not Arabic or who do not know a very good level of Arabic read an Arabic text, they may understand the prepositional verbs wrongly or incompletely. It is obvious that Arabic is a universal language and has a very important place in the worship of Müslims. In the wrong use of a prepositional verb, since it will go off the meaning, it is in question that the worship is done incorrectly and that the act of worship is invalid in terms of islamic law. Therefore, it is one of the mostimportant duties to focus on and teach prepositional verbs to people who do not speak Arabic natively or do not know Arabic very well. In this study, we wiil examine how the meaning changes with the alteration of the prepositions included in the verbs in the surah Al- Baqarah and the comparison of the altered and terminological meanings.
