Abstract
Kişiler zaman zaman inisiyatiflerinde olmayan, değiştiremeyecekleri durum, koşul ve olaylar ile karşı karşıya kalmaktadırlar. Bunun sonucunda ise, hiçbir şeyin düzelmeyeceğine dair inançları ile tepkisiz kalmaktadırlar. Bu noktada, öğrenilmiş çaresizlik kavramı karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, öğrenilmiş çaresizlik alanında yazılmış tezlerin değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma amacına yönelik, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Tez Merkezi’ndeki erişime açık olan tezler incelenmiştir. Tezler yayım yılları, üniversite isimleri, enstitüler, anabilim dalı, tez türü, tez dili, danışman unvanları, uygulama alanları ve araştırma yöntemine göre içerik analizi metodu ile incelenmiştir.Toplamda 48 adet erişime açık teze ulaşılmıştır.
Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, en çok tezin 2009, 2011 ve 2019 yıllarında; en çok Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi’nde; Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde ve Eğitim Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı’nda yazıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Tezlerin en çok yüksek lisans tezi; Türkçe dilinde; Dr. Öğretim Üyesi danışmanlığında olduğu saptanmıştır. Uygulama alanı olarak en çok öğrenciler üzerinde ve araştırma yöntemi olarak ise en çok nicel araştırma yönteminde çalışıldığı belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
People are sometimes faced with unchangeable situations, conditions and events that are not in their initiative. Because they believe that nothing will get better, they remain unresponsive. At this point, the concept of learned helplessness emerges. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the theses written in the field of learned helplessness. For the purpose of the study, the open access theses in the Higher Education Council Thesis Center were examined. Related theses were examined with the content analysis method according to publication years, university names, institutes, department names, these types, these language, advisor titles, application areas and research methods. Totally, it was reached to 48 open-access theses.
According to the results of the study, it was determined that theses were published mostly in 2009, 2011 and 2019 respectively; mostly in Dokuz Eylül University; mostly written in in the Institute of Social Sciences and the Department of Educational Sciences. It has been determined that theses were written mostly as master's thesis; in Turkish language; mostly with assistant professor counseling. According to application area, theses were written mostly on students, and as a research method it was seen mostly quantitative research method.
