BİRLEŞTİRİLMİŞ SINIFLARDA GÖREV YAPAN MÜDÜR YETKİLİ ÖĞRETMENLERİN OKUL YÖNETİMİNDE KARŞILAŞTIĞI SORUNLARIN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Araştırmada; Birleştirilmiş sınıflarda görev yapan müdür yetkili öğretmenlerin okul yönetiminde karşılaştıkları sorunları ortaya çıkarmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın örneklemi, 2021-2022 Eğitim öğretim yılında Kahramanmaraş’ın Dulkadiroğlu İlçesinde Birleştirilmiş Sınıf şeklinde eğitim yapan on dokuz köy okulundaki müdür yetkili öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın yöntemi veriler açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan görüşme yoluyla toplanarak nitel bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada önce ilköğretim okul müdürünün görevleri incelenmiş daha sonra müdür yetkili öğretmenlerle görüşme yapılmıştır. Birleştirilmiş sınıflı ilkokulda, öğretimsel süreçte tek öğretmenli 4 sınıf bir arada ya da 2 öğretmenli 2 sınıf bir arada olması müfredatta uygulanma sorunları yaşatmakta ayrıca birleştirilmiş sınıflı okullar kırsal bölgelerde olmasından ve bu öğrencilerin okul kapanmadan belirli bir süre öncesinden çeşitli şehirlere tarım işçisi olarak götürülmelerinden dolayı öğretimsel yönden sorunlar yaşanmakta, birleştirilmiş sınıflarda malzeme olarak çok fazla eksiklikler olması yönüyle öğretimsel açıdan öğretimler çeşitlendirilememektedir. Birleştirilmiş sınıflı okullar fiziki yetersizlikler bakımından çok fazla eksiklikleri bulunmaktadır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin okurken bu konu hakkında derinlemesine eğitim almamasından kaynaklı olarak birleştirilmiş sınıflı okullarda çalışmaya başladıklarında tecrübe eksikliğinden kaynaklı olarak öğrencilere yeterli düzeyde faydalı olamadıkları ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca gelişim özellikleri farklı olan öğrencileri bir arada tutmak yeni göreve başlayan bir öğretmen için büyük bir sorun oluşturabilmektedir. Birleştirilmiş sınıflı okullarda ders kitaplarının temini noktasında sorunların yaşanması, günlük ve yıllık planların uygulanmasında sorunların yaşanması, ders araç gereçlerinin temini noktasında sorunları bulunmakta ve çeşitli çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, müdür tarafından yetkilendirilen öğretmenler, yönetim işlevlerinde birçok sorunla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. En çok eğitim, personel ve okul yönetimi alanlarında karşılaştıkları belirtildi. Personel hizmetlerinde yaşanan sorunların mevzuatla, okul işlerinde yaşanan sorunların ise maddi yetersizliklerle ilgili olduğu belirtildi. Eğitim ve öğretim hizmetlerindeki işlevlerin diğer tüm sorunlardan daha fazla olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
In the research; It is aimed to reveal the problems faced by principal authorized teachers working in multigrade classrooms in school management. The sample of this research consists of teachers authorized by principals in nineteen village schools, which provide education in the form of a combined classroom in the Dulkadiroğlu District of Kahramanmaraş in the 2021-2022 academic year. The method of the research was a qualitative study by collecting data through an interview consisting of open-ended questions. Descriptive analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. In the study, the duties of the primary school principal were examined first, and then interviews were conducted with the teachers authorized by the principal. In the multi-class primary school, the fact that 4 classes with one teacher or 2 classes with 2 teachers are together in the educational process causes implementation problems in the curriculum. problems are experienced, and teaching cannot be diversified from an educational point of view due to the fact that there are too many deficiencies in terms of materials in the combined classrooms. Multigrade schools have many shortcomings in terms of physical inadequacies. It has been revealed that when primary school teachers do not receive in-depth training on this subject while they are studying, they cannot be of sufficient benefit to students when they start working in multi-class schools due to their lack of experience. In addition, keeping students with different developmental characteristics together can be a big problem for a new teacher. There are problems in the supply of textbooks in multi-class schools, problems in the implementation of daily and annual plans, problems in the supply of course materials and various solutions have been proposed. According to the results obtained in this research, teachers authorized by the principal face many problems in their management functions. It was stated that they encountered the most in the fields of education, personnel and school management. It was stated that the problems experienced in personnel services were related to the legislation, and the problems experienced in school affairs were related to financial inadequacies. It has been concluded that the functions in education and training services are more than all other problems.
