Abstract
Bu çalışmada, sanat ve estetik felsefi perspektifle incelenmiş, sanat felsefesinin tarihsel seyri ve değişen çehresi estetik merkeze alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca sanata eşlik eden ontolojik, teolojik, etik ve politik ilgilere ve hakikat meselesine yer verilmiştir. Estetiğin modern dönemde sanat felsefesinin bilimi hâline gelmesinden dolayı estetiğin önemli kavramları olan estetik yargı, güzellik ve beğeni gibi unsurlara dair izler, sadece modern dönemde değil, modern öncesi ve sonrası dönemlerde de tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Geçmiş dönemlerin sanat felsefelerini estetik üzerinden yorumlamanın anakronizme neden olacağı düşünülebilir fakat bu çalışma, modern bir estetik teoriden yola çıkarak geçmiş dönemleri tanımlamak yerine o dönemlerde estetiğe dair unsurları ve estetik-dışı unsurları belirlemeye çalışmıştır. Sanat felsefesi tarihinde, Antikçağdan postmodern döneme kadarki süreçte sanatlardaki değişimler, sanat teorileri, estetik teoriler, temel kavramlar ve sorunlar, önemli kırılma noktaları ve dönüşümler konu edinilmiştir. Farklı dönemlerde, farklı felsefi akımların ve filozofların sanat anlayışları, “estetik”, “estetik-dışı” ve “estetik-ötesi” sanat olarak üç kategoride incelenmiş ve sunulmuştur.

Abstract
In this study, art and aesthetics were examined with a philosophical perspective, and the historical course and changing face of the philosophy of art were evaluated by taking the aesthetics into the center. In addition, ontological, theological, ethical and political interests accompanying art and the issue of truth are included. Since aesthetics has become the science of the philosophy of art in the modern period, traces of elements such as aesthetic judgment, beauty and taste, which are important concepts of aesthetics, have been tried to be determined not only in the modern period, but also in the pre-modern and post-modern periods. It may be thought that interpreting the art philosophies of the past periods through aesthetics would cause anachronism, but this study tried to determine the aesthetic and non-aesthetic elements of those periods instead of defining the past periods based on a modern aesthetic theory. In the history of philosophy of art, changes in the arts, theories of art, aesthetic theories, basic concepts and problems, important breaking points and transformations have been discussed in the process from Antiquity to the postmodern period. The art conceptions of different philosophical movements and philosophers in different periods have been examined and presented in three categories as “aesthetic”, “non-aesthetic” and “beyond-aesthetic” art.
