Abstract
İletişimin günümüzdeki önemi, tüm canlıların farklı türde de olsa bir biri ile iletişim kurduğu bilinmektedir. Bireyin çevresi ile arasındaki iletişimin kurulması, bireysel zeka gelişimi, doğanın keşfedilme süreci ve bilimsel araştırma yeteneklerinde gelişim fen bilimleri eğitimleri ile sağlanmaktadır. Son dönemde Çoklu Zekâ Kuramı (ÇZK) eğitim müfredatı dahil birçok alanda yer almıştır. Eğitim anlayışlarında ÇZK, dersleri öğretmen merkezli olmaktan çıkarma ve yaratıcılığın ortaya çıkarılması ve öğrencilerin tamamında öğrenmeyi etkin düzeye getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada eğitim, iletişim ve ÇZK açısından ortaokul ilk sınıfı olan 5. sınıfta fen bilgisi dersinde kullanılan ders kitabında ÇZK türlerinin ne derecede bulunduğu ve iletişime yönelik ÇZK alt boyutlarının dağılımının nasıl olduğunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İncelemede değerlendirme kriterleri oluşturulmuş ve akabinde güvenilirliğinin belirlenmesi amacı ile güvenilirlik formülü hesaplaması ile araştırma bulgularının % 82,14 düzeyinde güvenli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, fen bilgisi ders kitabı içeriğinde 7 ünite ve 28 etkinlik bulunduğu, ÇZK alt boyutlarına yönelik toplam 567 ifadenin % 18.7’sinin iletişim ile ilgili olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
It is known that the importance of communication today is that all living things communicate with each other, albeit in different species. Establishment of communication between the individual and his environment, development of individual intelligence, discovery of nature and development in scientific research abilities are provided by science education. Recently, the Theory of Multiple Intelligences (MRI) has taken place in many areas, including the education curriculum. In their understanding of education, MRI aims to deconstruct the lessons from being teacher-centered, to reveal creativity and to bring learning to an effective level for all students.In this study, it was aimed to determine which MRI types are found in the textbook used in science lesson in the 5th grade, which is the first grade of secondary school, in terms of education, communication and MRI, and to determine how the distribution of the sub-dimensions of MRI’s for communication are. Evaluation criteria were created in the examination, and then it was determined that the research findings were 82.14% safe by calculating the reliability formula in order to determine its reliability. In this study, it was determined that there were 7 units and 28 activities in the content of the science textbook, and that 18.7% of a total of 567 expressions related to the sub-dimensions of MRI were related to communication.
