Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı çalışanların örgütsel destek ve örgütsel imaj algılarının işgören performansı üzerindeki etkilerini, literatürde var olan araştırmaların sonuçları üzerinden değerlendirmektir. Bu bağlamda öncelikli olarak değişkenlerin literatürdeki tanımları ve kapsamları ele alınmış ve ardından örnek olarak alınan çalışmaların sonuçları özetlenmiştir. Son olarak da araştırma sonuçlarından hareketle değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler yorumlanmıştır. Ele alınan çalışmaların sonuçları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde çalışanların örgütsel destek algılarının işgören performansı üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğunu sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Yine çalışanların örgütsel imaj algılarının, işgören performansı üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the effects of organizational support and organizational image perceptions of employees on employee performance, based on the results of existing studies in the literature. In this context, firstly, the definitions and scopes of the variables were discussed based on the literature and then the results of the studies taken as examples were summarized. Finally, the relationships between the variables were interpreted based on the results of the research. When the results of the studies have been evaluated in general, it is concluded that the organizational support perceptions of the employees have a positive effect on the employee performance. It has also been seen that the organizational image perceptions of the employees have a positive effect on the employee performance.
