Abstract
Bu derlemenin amacı cinsel istismara uğrayan çocuklar üzerinde oyun terapisi kullanımını incelemektir. Yapılan bu çalışmada sistematik derleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır ve herhangi bir saha çalışması veya ölçek kullanılmamıştır. Yalnızca Türkçe dilinde ele alınan çalışmalar 2016-2021 yılları arasındadır. Araştırma 3-14 yaş çocukları kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışma Mart, 2022 ve Mayıs, 2022 olmak üzere iki aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan tarama sonucunda 2 çalışma ele alınmıştır. Ele alınan ilk çalışma sistematik derleme, diğeri ise gözden geçirme çalışmasıdır. Her 2 çalışmanın sonucunda da cinsel istismara maruz kalan çocuklar üzerinde oyun terapisinin etkinliği büyük oranda etkili olarak verilmiştir. Cinsel istismara maruz kalan çocukların fizyolojik ve psikolojik olumsuz travmatik belirtilerinde, oyun terapisi uygulaması sonrasında ciddi oranda düşüş görülmektedir. Cinsel istismarı önleme konusunda ki en önemli etken, istismar gerçekleşmeden önüne geçebilmektir. Bu yüzden özellikle okul öncesi ve ilkokul çocuklarına mahremiyet eğitimi ve de ailelerine psikoeğitim verilmesi çok önemlidir.

Abstract
The Purpose of this review is to examine the use of play therapy on sexually abused children. In this study, a systematic review method was used and no field studies or scales werw used. Only studies in Turkish language are between the years 2016-2021. The research includes children aged 3-14 years. This study was carried out in two stages as March, 2022 and May, 2022. As a result of the scanning, 2 studies were discussed. The first study considered is a systematic review, and the other is a review study. As a result of both studies, the effectiveness of play therapy on children exposed to sexual abuse was given to a large extent. There a significant decrease in the pysiological and pysiological negative traumatic symptoms of children exposed to sexual abuse after the application of play therapy. The most important factor in preventing sexual abuse is to prevent it before it happens. Therefore, it is very important to provide privacy education expecially to preschool and primary school children and psychoeducation to their families.
