İŞ SAĞLIĞI GÜVENLİĞİ KAPSAMINDA PSİKOSOSYAL RİSK ETMENLERİ VE ÜCRETLİ ÖĞRETMENLERİN YAŞADIĞI SORUNLAR

Abstract
Bireyler ve toplumlar sürekli gelişimi üst seviyelerde tutmayı amaçlar. Eğitim bu süreçte bireylerin çeşitli özellikler kazanmasında önemli rol oynarken, bireyin gelişimi adına bir ihtiyaçtır. Öğretmen, bireylerin geleceğe hazırlanmasında eğitim kurumları kadar eğitimde rol oynayan faktörler arasındadır. Türkiye’de öğretmenlik; kadrolu, sözleşmeli ve ücretli olarak adlandırılan statüler ile sürdürülmektedir. Bu çalışma, eğitim sisteminde görev alan öğretmenlerden “ücretli öğretmen” statüsü ile yürüttükleri faaliyetler sırasında yaşadıkları sorunların ve psikososyal risk etmenlerinin mevcutluluğunun incelenmesi amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda genel tarama modeli tercih edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, Türkiye’de eğitim sisteminde görev alan öğretmenler ile ilgili yayınlanmış ve akademik düzeydeki (lisansüstü tezler) çevrimiçi ulaşım imkanı olan yayınlar araştırma evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma amacı doğrultusunda ulaşılan yayınlar nitel veri analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada incelenen yayınlar sonrasında ücretli öğretmenlerin eğitim süreçlerinde çeşitli sorunlar ve psikososyal risk etmenleri ile karşılaştıkları görülmüştür. Bu sorunlardan bazıları iş güvencesinin olmayışı, özlük haklarının tanınmaması, toplumdaki algı ve ekonomik gelir olarak belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
Individuals and societies aim to keep continuous development at high levels. While education plays an important role in helping individuals acquire various characteristics in this process, it is a need for the development of the individual. The teacher is among the factors that play a role in education as much as educational institutions in preparing individuals for the future. teaching in Turkey; It is maintained with the statuses called permanent, contracted and paid. This study was prepared with the aim of examining the problems experienced by the teachers working in the education system with the status of "paid teacher" and the presence of psychosocial risk factors during their activities. For this purpose, the general scanning model was preferred. This study constitutes the research population of the publications that have been published about the teachers working in the education system in Turkey and that have online access at the academic level (graduate theses). The publications reached in line with the purpose of the study were evaluated with qualitative data analysis. After the publications examined in the study, it was seen that paid teachers encountered various problems and psychosocial risk factors in their education processes. Some of these problems have been identified as the lack of job security, lack of personal rights, perception in the society and economic income.
