Abstract
Girişimcilik günümüzün hızla yükselen trendlerinden biri olma yolundadır. Covid-19 süreciyle birlikte evlerine kapanma, sokağa çıkamama, işyerlerinin kapanması, seyahatlerin kısıtlanması gibi birçok alanda yasaklamalar olmuştur. Bu süreçte insanlar ihtiyaçlarını temin etmede güçlüklerle karşılaşmışlardır. Bu durum, bireyleri ve işletme sahiplerini Pazar açısından internet teknolojilerinden faydalanmaya yönlendirmiştir. Krizle birlikte kapanan işyerleri, yerini dijital pazarda açılan işletmelere bırakmıştır. Zor koşullar onu fırsata çeviren girişimcilerin sayılarının artmasına neden olmuştur. Girişimcilik, gelişen teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda şekil değiştirse de artan bir ivmeyle yoluna devam etmiştir. Bu çalışmada, girişimcilik konusu ayrıntılarıyla tartışmaya açılmış, girişimciliğin işletmeler ve devletler açısından önemli olup olmadığı gerçeği ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Belgesel kaynak derlemesi yönteminden faydalanılarak, bu konuya ilişkin makaleler incelemeye alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler kendi fikirlerimizle birleştirilerek değerlendirilmiş ve çıkan sonuçlar tarafsız gözle çalışmaya yansıtılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, girişimciliğin özellikle devletler açısından stratejik bir öneme sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Yine girişimcilerin desteklenmesinin ihracat, istihdam, büyüme vb. nedenlerle ülke ekonomisi açısından kritik önem taşıdığını göstermiştir.

Abstract
Entrepreneurship is on the way to become one of the rapidly rising trends of today. Along with the Covid-19 process, there have been prohibitions in many areas such as being locked in their homes, not being able to go out, closing their workplaces, and restricting travel. In this process, people faced difficulties in meeting their needs. This situation has led individuals and business owners to benefit from internet technologies in terms of the market. The workplaces that were closed due to the crisis left their place to the enterprise opened in the digital market. Difficult conditions have led to an increase in the number of entrepreneurs who turned it into an opportunity. Entrepreneurship has continued on its way with an increasing momentum, even though it has changed shape in line with the developing technological developments. In this study, the issue of entrepreneurship has been discussed in detail, and the fact that entrepreneurship is important for businesses and states has been tried to be revealed. By making use of the documentary source compilation method, articles related to this subject were examined. The data obtained were evaluated by combining them with our own ideas, and the results were reflected in the study with an unbiased eye. The results of the research showed that entrepreneurship has a strategic importance especially for government. Again, it has shown that supporting entrepreneurs is of critical importance for the country's economy due to export, employment, growth and similar reasons.
