Abstract
Teknoloji alanında yaşanan hızlı gelişmeler meslek gruplarında işlerin bilgisayar ortamına taşınmasına neden olmuştur. Özellikle bilişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler finansal nitelikli bilgi ihtiyacını karşılayan muhasebe mesleğinde beklentilerin artmasına sebep olmuştur. Doğru muhasebe paket programı seçimi kararı bir işletmenin muhasebeden beklentilerini karşılayabilmesi ve dolayısıyla başarısı için çok önemlidir. Bunun sonucu olarak uzaktan erişim desteği ile problemlere hızlı çözümler üretebilme, programa mobil bağlantı ile ofis dışından da erişebilme, verilerin analizini kolaylaştıran menüler gibi kolaylıklar yazılımda yerini almaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, muhasebe paket programının seçimi bir problem olarak ele alınmış ve çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan AHP ve MOORA yöntemleri muhasebe meslek mensuplarının muhasebe paket programı seçiminde yardımcı olabilmesi için seçilmiştir. Çalışmada, literatür incelendiğinde yaygın olarak kullanıldığı tespit edilen 3 ana kriter; programın teknik özellikleri, yazılım firmasının hizmeti ve maliyet olarak belirlenerek bunlara ait 19 alt kriter tanımlanmıştır. AHP yöntemi ana kriterler ve alt kriterlerin önem derecesinin belirlenmesi için, MOORA yöntemi ise alternatiflerin sıralanması için kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada AHP temelinde MOORA yöntemi kullanılarak 6 farklı muhasebe paket programı alternatifi değerlendirilmiş ve en iyi alternatif belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
Rapid development in the field of technology has led to the transfer of jobs to the computer environment in professional groups. Developments in information technology in particular have led to an increase in expectations in the accounting profession, which meets the need for financially qualified information. Choosing the right accounting package program is crucial to the success of an enterprise in meeting its accounting expectations and therefore its success. As a result of this, remote access support has enabled us to provide solutions such as quick solutions, problem accessing from outside the office via mobile connection, and facilitating the analysis of data. In this study, the selection of the accounting package program was considered as a problem, and the AHP and MOORA methods, which are multi-criteria decision making techniques, were selected to enable accounting professionals to assist in the selection of the accounting package program. In the study, three main criteria were found to be widely used when the literature was examined; the technical characteristics of the program, the service and cost of the software company, and 19 sub criteria for these are defined. The AHP method is used to determine the importance of the main criteria and sub-criteria, while the MOORA method is used to the rank. In the study, 6 different accounting program program alternatives were evaluated by using MOORA method on the basis of AHP and the best alternative was determined.
