KURUM VE ŞİRKETLER İÇİN BİLİŞİM SİSTEMİ KULLANIMININ KARAR VERME ETKİNLİĞİNE KATKISININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract
Şirket ve kurumlar için bilişim sistemleri kullanımı giderek artmaktadır. Bu sistemlerin şirket ve kurumlar için yönetim kararlarına katılımı da gündem yeralan bir husustur. Daha çok günlük operasyonların yürütümü ile başlayan şirketlerde IT kullanımı serüveni, yönetimsel pekçok hususla ilgili kararları şekillendirmek için kullanılabilmektedir. Araştırma kapsamında firma ve kurumların kullandığı bilişim sistemleri yapısal olarak kategorize edilmiştir. Ardından şirket/kurum karar sistemlerinin genel çerçevesi üstünde durulmuş, karar verme için kullanılan yöntemler tasnif edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda içinde bulunduğumuz pandemi sürecinde IT kullanımı ile uygulanan karar mekanizmaları da kısaca örneklenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamındaki şirket ve kurumlarda hangi bilişim sistemlerinin şirket/kurumlar için kararlara ne ölçüde ve hangi alanlarda yoğunluklu olarak katkı sağladığı ve bu katkının maksimizasyonu için yapılabilecek önlemler mülakat yöntemi ile araştırılmıştır.

Abstract
The use of information systems for companies and institutions is increasing. Participation of these systems in management decisions for companies and institutions is also on the agenda. The adventure of implementing IT in companies that start with the running of daily operations can be used to shape decisions regarding many managerial issues. Within the scope of the research, the information systems used by companies and institutions are categorized structurally. Then, the general framework of company / institution decision systems was emphasized, and the methods used for decision making were classified. In this context, the decision mechanisms implemented with the use of IT during the pandemic process we are in are also briefly exemplified. In the companies and institutions within the scope of the research, which information systems contributed to the decisions for the company / institutions to what extent and in which areas intensively, and the measures that can be taken to maximize this contribution were investigated by interview method.
