With the transition of the Kyrgyz nation to written literature, the oral works of many Kyrgyz akın (poet), writers, and kuudul were written down. It is possible to reach some sources about kuuduls in the manuscript archive and fund of the Kyrgyz National State Academy. From these sources, Sabır Uulu's book ?�?�, ?�у ?�у?�ручу?� (Hey! This is the Kuyruchuk) (1997) consists of humorous stories compiled by the public of Kuyruchuk, who is known as a famous comedian by the Kyrgyz people. This book is a compilation of circulating stories of Kuyruchuk, a folk poet. The book contains folk tales combined with the wisdom, artistic qualities, poetry, eloquence, and humor of the kuudul. In this study, the humorous stories of the Kyrgyz humorist and Akın Kuyruçuk in the aforementioned compilation were analyzed by the document analysis method according to the theory of superiority in humor. The data obtained from the stories examined according to the superiority theory are important in terms of revealing the understanding of humor and perspective of the Kyrgyz people according to the theory of superiority in humor.
