LİSE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN KARİYER KARARLARININ VE KARİYER KAYGILARININ, KARİYER YAPILANDIRMALARINA, SORUMLULUK DUYGUSUNA VE DAVRANIŞINA GÖRE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Araştırmada, lise öğrencilerinin kariyer yapılandırmalarına, sorumluluk duygusuna, sorumluluk davranışına ve bazı değişkenlere göre kariyer kararı ve kariyer kaygısı arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma, betimsel bir araştırma olup, tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim döneminde, İstanbul ili Fatih ilçesinde bulunan 4 lisede hazırlık, 9 ve 10. sınıfta okuyan 646 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Mesleki Karar Envanteri”, “Kariyer Kaygısı Ölçeği”, “Kariyer Yapılandırmaları Envanteri (Lise Formu)”, “Sorumluluk Duygusu ve Davranışı Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS21 Paket Programı’ndan yararlanılmıştır. MANOVA-WilksLambda(λ) ve MANOVA Pillai’sTrace Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda kariyer yapılandırmalarına, sorumluluk davranışına, cinsiyete ve ailenin gelir düzeyine göre lise öğrencilerinin kariyer kararı ve kariyer kaygısı puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Sorumluluk duygusuna göre lise öğrencilerinin kariyer kararı puan ortalamaları anlamlı bir farklılık gösterirken kariyer kaygısı puan ortalamaları anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın bulguları, ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract
This study examines whether the career decisions and career anxiety of high school students significantly differ according to their career construction, sense of responsibility, responsibility behaviors, and other certain variables. It is a descriptive study that was carried out using the survey model. 646 high school students attending preparatory, 9th, and 10th grades in four high schools in Fatih district of Istanbul participated in the study in 2022-2023 academic year. The “Vocational Decision Inventory”, “Career Anxiety Scale”, "Student Career Construction Inventory”, "Sense of Responsibility and Behavior Scale", and a “Personal Information Form” were used to obtain the data required for the study. SPSS 21 Software Package was used to analyze the data. MANOVA-Wilks Lambda(λ) and MANOVA Pillai’s Trace Test were conducted for data analysis. As a result of the research, a significant difference was found between the career decision and career anxiety mean scores of high school students according to their career construction, responsibility behaviors, gender, and family income levels. The career decision mean scores of the high school students also significantly differed according to their sense of responsibility, while there was no significant difference between their career anxiety mean scores. The results of the research are discussed in the light of relevant literature and some suggestions are presented.
