Abstract
Muhibbi’nin şerhini yaptığımız bu gazeli dünyanın geçici bir yer olduğunu ve ne kadar uğraşırsak uğraşalım sonsuzluk yurduna (ahirete) gideceğimizi, tac, taht ve kudretin şimdilik bizde de olsa mutlak sahibi Allah olduğunu belirtmektedir. Gerek dönemlerde yaşamış kişileri örnek verip birilerinin de bu hayatta padişah olup yaşadığını elinde tüm imkânların, ganimetlerin, eş, dost, akrabanın olmasına rağmen sadece kendi amelini götürdüğünü ve ayetlere, iktibas olaylara telmih yaparak dünyanın geçici bir yer olduğunu ve her nefsin ölümü tadacağını, dünya hayatının çöplükten başka bir yer olmadığını askerle düşmanın cenk ettiği gibi şeytanla insanoğlunun bir er meydanında cenk ettiği gibi savaşıp olay sonucunda ya kendisinin ya da şeytanın kazanacağı bir yer olmasından bahsetmektedir.

Abstract
Muhibbi's commentary on this ghazal states that the world is a temporary place and that no matter how hard we try, we will go to the eternal home (the Hereafter), and that Allah is the absolute owner of the crown, throne and power, even if we have it for now. He gives an example to the people who have left their mark on the periods, that some people become a sultan and live in this life, that despite having all the opportunities, spoils, spouses, friends and relatives, he only takes his own deeds, and that the world is a temporary place by referencing and quoting the verses, and that every soul will be settled and migrated like a bird. He mentions that he will taste death, that the life of this world is no more than a garbage dump, and that he will fight the devil just like a soldier and the enemy fight, and as a result of the event, either he or the devil will win.
