Abstract
Bu çalışma okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının çocuk istismarı ve ihmaline yönelik farkındalık düzeylerinin incelenebilmesi için bir ölçek geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada Nicel Yöntem ve Tarama Modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Konya ili Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesi Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği Programında öğrenim görmekte olan ve anketi gönüllü olarak doldurmayı kabul eden 17-34 yaş arası, toplam 420 öğrenciyle yapılmıştır. Oluşturulan deneysel form, görüşleri alınmak üzere uzmanlara sunulmuştur. Dönütler doğrultusunda maddelerin kapsam geçerlik oranları belirlenmiştir. Maddeler için kapsam geçerlik oranı olan .30’un altında değer alan maddeler çalışma kapsamından çıkarılmıştır. Araştırmada madde analizi, AFA ve DFA analizleri yapılmıştır. Modelin uyum iyiliği indekslerinin oldukça yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi de AFA sonuçlarını doğrulamıştır. Çocuk İhmali Farkındalık Ölçeği (ÇİHFÖ); İfade Özgürlüğü Hakkı (İÖH), İnsana Yakışır Bir Yaşam Standardına Erişim Hakkı (İYYSEH), Yaşam ve Gelişim Hakkı (YGH) ve Özel Gereksinimleri ve Yetersizliği Olan Çocukların Hakları (ÖGYOH) olmak üzere 4 boyut ve toplam 54 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Çocuk İstismarı Farkındalık Ölçeği (ÇİFÖ); Fiziksel İstismar, Cinsel İstismar ve Duygusal İstismar 3 boyut ve toplam 34 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Çocuk İhmali Farkındalık Ölçeği (ÇİHFÖ)’nin iç tutarlık katsayısı .92 ve Çocuk İstismarı Farkındalık Ölçeği (ÇİFÖ)’ nin ise .86 olarak tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
This study was carried out to develop a scale for examining the level of awareness of child abuse and neglect of preschool teacher candidates. Quantitative Method and Screening Model were used in the research. The research was conducted with a total of 420 students between the ages of 17 and 34 who were studying in the Pre-School Teaching Program of Necmettin Erbakan University Ahmet Keleşoglu Faculty of Education in Konya province and who agreed to fill out the questionnaire voluntarily. The experimental form created has been presented to experts for their opinions. In line with the returns, the scope validity rates of the substances have been determined. Items that are valued below .30, the coverage validity rate for items, have been excluded from the scope of the study. Substance analysis, AFA and DFA analyses were performed in the research. It has been determined that the compliance goodness index of the model is quite high. Validator Factor Analysis also confirmed the AFA results. Child Neglect Awareness Scale (ÇHFÖ); The Right to Freedom of Expression (IÖH) consists of 4 dimensions and a total of 54 articles: The Right to Access to a Decent Standard of Living (IYYSEH), the Right to Life and Development (YGH) and the Rights of Children with Special Needs and Disabilities (ÖGYOH). Child Abuse Awareness Scale (CPC); Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse and Emotional Abuse consist of 3 dimensions and a total of 34 substances. The internal coefficient of child neglect awareness scale (CPC) was .92 and the Child Abuse Awareness Scale (CPC) was .86.
