Abstract
Mitoloji, edebiyatın beslendiği en önemli ve en eski kaynaklardan biridir. Her ulusun edebiyat eserlerinde o ulusun mitolojisinden unsurlar yer almaktadır. Yazarlar, bilinçli veya bilinçsiz olarak kendi kültürlerinin en eski ve en temel ürünleri olan söylencelerden, efsanelerden izleri eserlerine taşırlar. Çağdaş Türk çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatı yazarlarından Gülten Dayıoğlu’nun, yazın yaşamının sekseninci kitabı olan Yada’nın Gizil Gücü, Türk mitolojisinden unsurlarla örülmüş kurgusunda mitolojiyi ve teknolojiyi fantastik bir düzlemde birleştirmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, romanda yer alan mitolojik öğeleri, arketipsel eleştiri yöntemi ile incelenmeye çalışmaktır. Yada’nın Gizil Gücü adlı gençlik romanında babasına kavuşmak için mücadele ederken ailesindeki sırları ve kendi gizemini çözen Yada karakterinin başından geçen gizemli olaylar konu alınmaktadır. Türk mitolojisinden arketiplerle yepyeni bir söylence yaratan roman, gençleri Türk mitolojisiyle tanıştırmakta ve mitolojilerin günümüzde de işlevselliğini yitirmediğini göstermektedir.

Abstract
Mythology is one of the most important and oldest sources of literature. There are elements from the mythology of that nation in the literary works of each nation. Authors, consciously or unconsciously, carry traces of myths and legends, which are the oldest and most basic products of their own culture, into their works. Yada’nın Gizilgücü (Yada's Hidden Power), which is the eightieth book written by Gülten Dayıoğlu, one of the writers of contemporary Turkish children's and youth literature, combines mythology and technology on a fantastic plane in its fiction knitted with elements from Turkish mythology. The aim of this study is to examine the mythological elements in the novel with the archetypal criticism method. The subject of the novel is the mysterious events that Yada, who solves the secrets in her family and her own mystery, experiences while she struggles to reunite with her father.
