Abstract
"Öğretmenlik Meslek Kanunu," Türkiye'de öğretmenlik mesleğine dair düzenlemeleri içeren bir yasa olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu kanun, öğretmenlerin görevleri, hakları, sorumlulukları ve mesleki gelişimine ilişkin hükümleri içermektedir. Öğretmenlerin eğitim süreci, atanma ve yükselme kriterleri, ücret ve özlük hakları gibi konuları kapsamaktadır. Kanunun amacı, öğretmenlerin mesleklerini daha etkin ve verimli bir şekilde icra etmelerine olanak sağlamak ve öğretmenlik mesleğini saygın bir kariyer seçeneği haline getirmektir. Kanun aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişimi, performans değerlendirmesi ve ödüllendirme sistemine yönelik düzenlemeleri de içermektedir. Öğretmenlerin eğitimdeki rolünü güçlendirmeyi ve onların ihtiyaçlarını karşılayarak daha nitelikli bir eğitim hizmeti sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Kanunun yayınlanmasının ardından, yönetmeliklerle ayrıntıları daha da belirlenerek, öğretmenlerin beklenti ve taleplerine uygun bir şekilde uygulanması amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract
The "Teaching Profession Law" stands out as a law that includes regulations regarding the teaching profession in Turkey. This law includes provisions regarding the duties, rights, responsibilities and professional development of teachers. It covers subjects such as the training process of teachers, the criteria for appointment and promotion, wages and personal rights. The purpose of the law is to enable teachers to perform their profession more effectively and efficiently and to make the teaching profession a respected career option. The law also includes regulations for teachers' professional development, performance evaluation and reward system. It aims to strengthen the role of teachers in education and to provide a more qualified education service by meeting their needs. Following the publication of the law, it is aimed to be implemented in accordance with the expectations and demands of teachers by further determining the details with the regulations.
