Abstract
Sorumluluk duygusu çevresine karşı duyarlı olan ve farkındalık sahibi insanların en doğal hislerinden biridir. Duygularını diğer insanlardan daha yoğun bir şekilde yaşadığı hususunda hemen bütün insanların hemfikir olacağı insanlar sanatçılardır. Sanatçıların eserlerine bakıldığında sorumluluk duygusunun çok farklı ve fazla konuda ele alındığı rahatlıkla görülmektedir. Çevresinde olup bitenlere karşı kendisini sorumlu hisseden sanatçıların üretimlerini bu duygudan hareketle gerçekleştirdiklerini söylemek yanlış olmaz. Sanatçıların tanık oldukları olumsuz bütün davranış ve fikirlere karşı sorumluluk duygusunun bir tezahürü olarak sanat eserleriyle tepki gösterdikleri görülür. Abdurrahim Karakoç Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk şiirinde geleneğe bağlı kalan bununla birlikte kendisine has birtakım imgeleri öznel bir üslupla şiirine taşıyan ve sanat camiasında adından sıklıkla söz ettiren etkin bir şairdir. Karakoç’un şiirlerine ve düşünce yazılarına bakıldığında onun daima bir sorumluluk duygusuyla hareket ettiği görülür. Şair bu duyarlılığını edebî üretimlerine başladığı ilk eserinden son eserine kadar fasılasız bir şekilde devam ettirir. Başta İslam ülkeleri ve Türkî Cumhuriyetler olmak üzere zulme, haksızlığa, insanlık dışı muamelelere maruz kalan bütün insanlar adına şiirinde isyan dolu bir ses yükseltir. Bu çalışmamızda Abdurrahim Karakoç’un düşüncesinde, poetikasında ve şiirlerinde sorumluluk duygusunun nasıl ve ne şekilde tezahür ettiğini, şairin şiirine taşıdığı zulüm altındaki coğrafyalara yönelik sorumluluk bilincini tespit ederek göstermeye çalıştık.

Abstract
The sense of responsibility is one of the most natural feelings of people who are sensitive and aware of their environment. The people with whom almost all people would agree that they experience their emotions more intensely than other people are artists. When we look at the works of the artists, it is easily seen that the sense of responsibility is handled in many different and many subjects. It would not be wrong to say that artists, who feel responsible for what is happening around them, realize their productions based on this feeling. It is seen that artists react with works of art as a manifestation of their sense of responsibility towards all the negative behaviors and ideas they witness. Abdurrahim Karakoç is an active poet who adheres to the tradition in Turkish poetry of the Republican period, carries some unique images to his poetry with a subjective style and is frequently mentioned in the art community. Looking at Karakoç’s poems and writings, it is seen that he always acts with a sense of responsibility. The poet maintains this sensitivity uninterruptedly from the first work he started his literary productions to his last work. He raises a rebellious voice in his poetry on behalf of all people who are exposed to oppression, injustice and inhuman treatment, especially in Islamic countries and Turkic Republics. In this study, we tried to show how and in what way the sense of responsibility manifests in Abdurrahim Karakoç’s thought, poetics and poems, by identifying the sense of responsibility towards the oppressed geographies that the poet brought to his poetry.
