Abstract
Yapay zekâ destekli web tabanlı sohbet robotlarının, insanlarınkine benzer cümleler kurabilme ve ürettiği düşünceyi tutarlı yazılar aracılığıyla ifade edebilme yetenekleri, günümüz dünyasında küresel ölçekte büyük bir ilgi uyandırmıştır. ChatGPT'nin sağlık, eğitim ve araştırma gibi pek çok alanda kullanım potansiyelini vurgulamakla birlikte aslında üreticilerinin politik bakış açılarının da olduğunu farklı değerlendiren ilk inceleme olma niteliğini taşımaktadır. Filistin-İsrail meselesinde dünyanın farklı coğrafyalarında daha çok soykırıma uğrayan Filistinlilere yönelik desteğin arttığı gözlemlense de dijital teknoloji patronlarının ürettiği sohbet robotları platformlarıyla aksi yönde bilgi ürettiği gözlemlenmektedir. Bu çalışma, Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) adıyla bilinen teknolojinin temelini oluşturan yapay zekâ mimarisini ele alarak sohbet robotlarının tarihsel gelişiminde ideolojik hegemonyanın Filistin-İsrail meselesi bağlamında ele alınmasına imkân sağlayacak unsurları çeşitli soru ve cevaplarla elde etmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Abstract
The ability of artificial intelligence-supported web-based chatbots to form sentences similar to those of humans and to express their thoughts through coherent texts has aroused great interest on a global scale in today's world. While emphasising the potential of ChatGPT to be used in many fields such as health, education and research, this is the first study to differentiate the political perspectives of its producers. In the Palestine-Israel issue, although it is observed that the support for the Palestinians, who have been subjected to genocide in different geographies of the world, has increased, it is observed that the chatbot platforms produced by digital technology bosses produce information in the opposite direction. This study aims to obtain the elements that will enable the ideological hegemony in the historical development of chatbots in the context of the Palestinian-Israeli issue by addressing the artificial intelligence architecture that forms the basis of the technology known as Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) through various questions and answers.
