Abstract
Beyin göçü uzun yıllardır sosyal politika ve göç alanındaki tartışmaların odağını oluşturan konulardan bir tanesidir. Dijitalleşme ile birlikte beyin göçünün mekânsal düzlemden uzaklaştığı ve uzaktan çalışma biçimleri ile yeniden şekillendiği görülmektedir. Ekonomik büyüme ve istihdam üzerinde önemli etkileri bulunan konunun insana yakışır iş bağlamında Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedeflerinde de yer aldığı görülmektedir. Binyıl kalkınma hedeflerinin yansıması olarak kabul edilen ve 2030 yılına kadar tamamlanması öngörülen sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri ile ilgili tarih yaklaşırken; yürütülen çalışmaların ortaya konması önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmada betimsel analiz yöntemiyle insana yakışır iş faktörleri çerçevesinde ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma bağlamında dijital sektör çalışanlarının durumu incelenmektedir.

Abstract
Brain drain has been one of the topics that have been the focus of discussions in the field of social policy and migration for many years. With digitalization, it is seen that brain drain has moved away from the spatial plane and has been reshaped by remote working methods. It is seen that the issue, which has significant effects on economic growth and employment, is also included in the Sustainable Development Goals in the context of decent work. As the date for the sustainable development goals, which are considered as a reflection of the millennium development goals and are expected to be completed by 2030, approaches; it is important to reveal the studies carried out. In the study, the situation of digital sector employees is examined within the framework of decent work factors and sustainable development with the descriptive analysis method.
