Abstract
Terör ve terörizm kavramı uluslararası alanda özellikle batının dikkatini 11 Eylül saldırıları sonrası çekmiştir. Türkiye’de ise başta PKK\KCK terör örgütü olmak üzere FETÖ (Fetullahçı Terör Örgütü), DEAŞ ve sol terör örgütleri (50) yılı aşkın bir süredir ülke güvenliğini tehdit etmektedir. Ayrıca bu örgütlerin stratejileri ve kullandıkları yöntemler farklı olduğu için bunlarla mücadelede izlenilen yöntemler de farklılık göstermektedir. Bu sebeple anılan terör örgütleriyle mücadelede her birisine ayrı yöntem izlenerek mücadele edilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu süreçte ise Türkiye terörle mücadele alanında farklı yol ve yöntemler izlemiştir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye, 15 Temmuz FETÖ darbe girişiminden sonra 2016 Ağustos ayında başlatılan Fırat Kalkanı Harekâtı ile terör nerdeyse biz ordayız şiarıyla “terörü kaynağında yok etme” stratejisine yönelmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda da 2015 yılıyla birlikte PKK/KCK, DEAŞ ve sol terör örgütlerinin gerçekleştirmiş olduğu silahlı/bombalı saldırılar ile Türkiye bir terör sarmalına hapsedilmeye çalışılmış, devamında ise 15 Temmuz FETÖ darbe girişimi ile süreç tamamlanmak istenmiştir. Bu duruma karşılık olarak terörü kökünden kazımak amacıyla Suriye’nin kuzeyine düzenlenen sınır ötesi harekatların terörle mücadeleye ve Türkiye’nin güvenliğine olan katkısı sonuçlarıyla birlikte analiz edilecektir.

Abstract
The concept of terror and terrorism has attracted the attention of the West, especially after the September 11 attacks. In Türkiye, the PKK/KCK terrorist organization, as well as FETO, ISIS and leftist terrorist organizations have been threatening the security of the country for over (50) years. In addition, since the strategies and methods used by these organizations are different, the methods followed in combating them also differ. For this reason, it is necessary to combat each of the mentioned terrorist organizations by following different methods. In this process, Türkiye has followed different paths and methods in the field of combating terrorism. In this context, after the FETO coup attempt on July 15, with the Euphrates Shield Operation launched in August 2016, it has turned to the strategy of "destroying terrorism at its source" with the slogan "wherever terrorism is, we are there". In this study, Türkiye was tried to be trapped in a spiral of terror with the armed/bomb attacks carried out by PKK/KCK, ISIS and leftist terrorist organizations since 2015, and the process was tried to be completed with the FETO coup attempt on July 15. The contribution of the cross-border operations carried out in northern Syria in order to eradicate terrorism to the fight against terrorism and the security of our country will be analyzed together with their results.
