Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, mevcut örneklemden yola çıkarak yaygın eğitim kurumlarında Arapça öğretiminin yapılıp yapılmadığını tespit etmek, nasıl yapıldığını, etkililiğini ve verimliliğini ortaya koymak, Arapça öğretiminin Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı ilgili kurum yönetmeliğindeki öğretim programına uygun olup olmadığını, öğretim sürecinde yer alan eğitimcilerin programda belirtilen eğitici niteliklerini taşıyıp taşımadığını, katılımcılar hakkında genel bilgileri incelenerek değerlendirebilmektir. Bu araştırmada nicel araştırma yönteminin genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Evren içerisinden seçilen Tokat ili Niksar ilçesi örneklemi üzerinden çalışma yürütülmüştür. Bulgulara göre çalışmaya konu olan Halk Eğitim Merkezinde temel düzey olarak kabul edilen A1, A2 düzeylerinde Arapça eğitim verildiği görülmüş olup çalışmalarda hedeflenen amaca ulaşıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmalar sonucunda yapılan öğretimlerin nitelikli bir eğitimci tarafından yapıldığı görülmüştür. Gerek kullanılan yöntem-teknik gerekse eğitime ayrılan süre bakımından ilgili kurum yönetmeliğine aykırı herhangi bir uygulamaya rastlanılmamıştır. Araştırmada yaygın eğitim kurumlarında yapılan Arapça öğretiminin verildiği seviyeler itibariyle verimli olduğu, daha üst seviyelerde eğitim vermek açısından da geliştirilebilir olduğu kanaatine varılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine whether Arabic teaching is done in non-formal education institutions based on the current sample, to reveal how it is done, its effectiveness and efficiency, whether Arabic teaching is suitable for the curriculum in the relevant institution regulation of the Ministry of National Education, and whether the educators involved in the teaching process are in the program. The aim is to evaluate whether it has the specified trainer qualifications by examining the general information about the participants. In this study, the general survey model of the quantitative research method was used. The study was carried out on the sample of Niksar district of Tokat province, which was selected from the population. According to the findings, it was seen that Arabic education was given at the A1, A2 levels, which are accepted as the basic level, in the Public Education Center, which is the subject of the study, and it was determined that the intended purpose was achieved in the studies. As a result of the researches, it was seen that the teaching was done by a qualified educator. In terms of both the method-technique used and the time allocated for training, no application was found against the relevant institution regulations. In the research, it has been concluded that Arabic teaching in non-formal education institutions is efficient in terms of the levels it is given, and that it can be improved in terms of providing education at higher levels.
