Abstract
Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin okul nöbetleri ile ilgili görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Çankırı, Ankara ve İstanbul illerindeki ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görevli toplam 392 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Adı geçen üç ilden resmi ve özel olmak üzere ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise seçilmiştir. İllerin seçiminde küçük illeri temsilen Çankırı, büyük illeri temsilen Ankara ve İstanbul tercih edilmiştir. Okulların seçilmesinde ise ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerini toplama amacıyla iki bölümden oluşan veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenler “nöbetçi öğretmenin görev yükü gereğinden çok fazladır” görüşü ile “öğretmenler belli bir yaştan sonra nöbet görevinden muaf tutulmalıdır” görüşüne tamamen katılmışlardır. “Nöbet öğretmelerin asli görevleri arasında yer alır” görüşüne çokaz, diğer görüşlere ise kısmen ve genellikle katılmışlardır. Öğretmenlerin okul nöbetine ilişkin görüşleri cinsiyete, kurum türüne ve okul türüne (kademesi) göre anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir. Ancak, öğretmenlerin okul nöbetine ilişkin görüşleri hizmet yılına göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir.

Abstract
The main aim of this study is to determine the views of the teachers about the school seizure. The study group consists of 392 teachers in primary, middle and high schools in Ankara, İstanbul and Çankırı. Some selected schools are private, others are official. In the provincial election Çankırı representing small province, Ankara and İstanbul representing the largest cities were preferred. It has been used from accessible sampling method in the selection of schools in the study group. Data collection tool that consists of two parts was used in order to collect data of the research. As a result of this research, teachers ‘The guard teacher is a lot of extra payload on duty’ opinion and ‘Teachers who over a certain age, should be exempt from guard duty’ opinion are completely joined. ‘Seizures are among the primary task of teaching’ opinion very little, and the other opinions are partially joined. The views on the school seizures of teachers show meaningful difference in terms of their gender, type of institution, type of school. But, the views on the school seizures of teachers show no meaningful difference in terms of their years of service.
