ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN ÖRGÜTSEL PROBLEMLERİ İLE BAŞA ÇIKMA YOLLARI: MUĞLA SITKI KOÇMAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖĞRENCİ KONSEYİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract
Ülkemizde, gençliğin kimlik kazanmasında en önemli süreç olan üniversite yılları; sağlıklı bir yönlendirme yapılmadığı takdirde büyük sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi Öğrencilerinin sosyal problemlerini tespit ederek, bu problemlere çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir. Bu bağlamda Üniversitelerarası Kurul tarafından hazırlanan Üniversiteler Öğrenci Konseyi Yönetmeliği ile Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi Öğrenci Konseyi Yönergesi incelenerek öğrenci temsilcileriyle yüz yüze ve telefonla görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, bu çalışmada öğrenci temsilcileri ve üniversite yönetimi arasındaki iletişim kanalları da ele alınmıştır. Ülkemizin geleceğinin inşa edildiği üniversitelerde gençliğin yetiştirilmesi ve sorunlarının çözülmesi hususunda bu tür sivil örgütlerin önemli bir yeri vardır. Bu sebeple binlerce öğrencinin bir arada eğitim gördüğü bu kurumlarda, problemleri anında iletmek ve güncel çözümler üretmek açısından Öğrenci Konseyleri’nin etkinliğinin artırılması sağlanmalıdır.

Abstract
In our country, university years are the most important in the process of gaining the identity of the youth; It leads to big problems if it made a healthy direction. The purpose of this study the social problems of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University students to identify and develop recommendations for solutions to these problems. In this context, the University prepared by the Interuniversity Student Council with Muğla University Student Council is examining student representatives made their face -to-face and telephone interviews . Additionally, in this study, communication channels between student representatives and the university administration are also discussed. The future of our country is built where the universities, with regard to the solution of the problems of youth upbringing and such civil organizations has an important role. Because of this, thousands of students are educated together in institutions where those problems and solutions to increase the effectiveness of student councils in terms of current instantly convey should be provided.
