Abstract
“Komşu Kızı ile Afşın” adlı Halk hikâyesi, 15.10.2011 tarihinde, Öksüz Ozan’dan derlenmiştir. Ahmet Yıldırım nâm-ı diğer Öksüz Ozan, Ağrı’nın Eleşkirt ilçesinin Aydoğdu köyünde doğmuştur. Âşıklık geleneğinde ilerlemesinde Âşık Fezaî’nin etkisi olduğu bilinmektedir. Çalışmamızda, ilk olarak Öksüz Ozan’ın hayatı hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Derlediğimiz hikâyenin motif sırası dikkate alınarak “Ejderha” motifi üzerinde durulacaktır. Mezkûr motifin Türk ve Dünya mitolojilerindeki izi sürülecektir. Bu derleme ile Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras kapsamında yer alan Âşıklık geleneğine yeni veri sunmak amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract
Folk story titled “Afşin Story with the Girl Next Door” was compiled by Öksüz Ozan in 15.10.2011. Ahmet Yıldırım who is also known as Öksüz Ozan was born in Aydoğdu Village of Eleşkirt County, Ağrı. It is known that there exists an influence of Minstrel Fezai in his progress of tradition of minstrel. First of all, information about the life of Öksüz Ozal shall be given. The “Dragon” motif shall be emphasized by considering the motif sequence of the story which we compiled. Said motif shall be traced in the Turkish and the World mythologies. With this compilation, it is aimed to provide a new data about the tradition of minstrel included within the scope of intangible cultural heritage.
