Abstract
Varoluşçuluk, derin doktrinel farklılıklara rağmen, öznel insan tecrübesi üzerine odaklanan geç XIX. ve XX.y.y. filozoflarının bazılarının çalışmalarını betimleyen bir terimdir. Varoluşçuluk, insan varoluş ve deneyimlerini anlamaya çalışan bir felsefi yaklaşımdır. O, bireylerin kendi seçimleri ve eylemlerinde özgür ve sorumlu oldukları varsayımına dayanır. Varoluşçuluk felsefi olduğu kadar edebi bir harekettir. Bu makale varoluşçuluğun Türk düşüncesine giriş koşullarını, özellikle varoluşçuluğun Türk felsefe ve edebiyatındaki etkileri üzerine odaklaşarak anlamak amacındadır.

Abstract
Existentialism is a term described the work of a number of late XIX. and XX.th century philosophers who, despite profound doctrinal differences, focused on subjective human experience. It is a philosophical approach to understanding human existence and experiences. It is based on the assumption that individuals are free and responsible for their own choices and actions. Existentialism is as much as literary movement as a philosophical one. This paper aims to the understanding of the conditions in which the existentialism was introduced into Turkish thought with a particularly focus on the influence of existentialism on Turkish philosophy and literature.
