Abstract
Dünyada ulusal ve uluslararası düzeydeki sportif faaliyetler içerisinde en popüler spor dalı futbol olup futbolcularda bu faaliyetin önemli aktörleridir. Futbolcularla ilgili mali nitelikli işlemler muhasebe biliminin ilgi konusu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı İstanbul’da kurulmuş 2. Ligde yer alan ve A.Ş statüsüne sahip, hisseleri halka arz edilmemiş futbol kulübünün futbolcularla ilgili özellikli muhasebe işlemleri Tek Düzen Muhasebe Sistemine uygun olarak örnek olaylarla açıklanmıştır

Abstract
Soccer is the most popular sport branch among national and international level sport activities in the world, and soccer players are important actors of this activity. Financial processes related to soccer players are now a focus field for the accounting science. This study explains specific accounting processes related to soccer players of clubs, which are established in İstanbul, competing in Division 2, have joint stock (public) company status but don't have stocks listed on Istanbul Stock Exchange (Borsa Istanbul) with sample cases parallel to Uniform Accounting System
