Abstract
Türk ve Dünya Edebiyatı’nda gerek yazarların, gerekse düşünürlerin geleceğe dair kurgularını desteklemek adına yarı tasarı yarı gerçek karakterler oluşturduğunu görüyoruz. Voltaire’in Candida’sı, Tevfik Fikret’in Haluk’u gibi. Benzer gençlik prototiplerinden birisi de Mehmet Akif’in Asım’ıdır. Ancak Asım hem çıktığı dönem itibariyle hem de taşıdığı değer bilincinin göndergeleriyle diğerlerine göre oldukça önemli farklılıklar taşır. Bir tasarım olarak Akif’İn dünyasına giren Asım, zamanla bunu aşarak sonrasında bir idealler yumağına, dönemin gereği ve gerçeğine dönüşür. Eksik tavırları tamamlar, durgun yapıları eyler ve her yaptığıyla fonksiyonelleşen dinamik bir tavra bürünür. Daha genel söylersek Akif Asım’laşırken Asım da Akif’leşir. Birbirini besleyen iki tavır ortak bir ruh gerçekleşmesini üretmiştir. Dolayısıyla Asım, dönemi için insan, iyilik ve değerler adına kesif, yoğun, özet ve özlem bir karakter tasarımıdır. Şiirin her mısrasında bu tasarımın sosyal hayata, algılara, savaşlara dair reel hayat duruşunu gözlersiniz. Aktif, bilinçli, vatansever bir dik duruşun adı olmaklığını Asım’la gerçekleştirmiştir.

Abstract
In Turkish and World Literature, we see that the writers and thinkers form semi-design and semi-real characters to support the fictions of the future. Like Candida of Voltaire, Haluk of Tevfik Fikret. One of the similar prototypes of youth is Mehmet Akif's Asım. However, Asım has significant differences both in terms of the period it emerges and with the references of the value consciousness it carries. Asim, who entered the world of Akif as a design, gradually overcame it and then turned into a ball of ideals, the necessity and reality of the period. It completes the missing attitudes, activates the stagnant structures and takes on a dynamic attitude that becomes functional with every action. More generally, Akif Asim becomes Asim and Asim becomes Akif. The two attitudes that feed each other have produced a common spirit. Therefore, Asım is an intense, abstract, and longing character design for human, good and values for his period. In every line of poetry, you observe the real life stance of this design on social life, perceptions and wars. Asım is the name of an active, conscious, patriotic upright posture.
