Abstract
En sade ifadeyle girişimcilik, kar elde etmek için bazı riskler almak, iş sahası oluşturmaktır. Toplumların ekonomik ve beşeri kalkınmalarında önemli bir yere sahip olan girişimciliğin gelişmesinde etkili olan çok sayıda itici faktörden söz edilebilir. Bu faktörler eğitim seviyesi, aile, kültür, ekonomik sistem, piyasa koşulları gibi değişkenlere göre farklılaşmaktadır. Ancak girişimciliğin bir teşebbüs ve süreç olarak gerçekleşmesinde en temel itici etkenin girişimcilik niyeti olduğu ifade edilebilir. Bilinçli, planlı ve amaçlı bir süreç olarak kabul edilebilecek girişimcilik eğilimi, bireylerin kendilerine has kişilik özelikleriyle birlikte aynı zamanda çevresel etkiler alında şekillenmektedir. Bu çalışmada girişimcilik eğilimi kavramı ile girişimcilik eğilimine yön veren kişisel ve çevresel etkiler hakkında açıklamalar yapılmıştır.

Abstract
In the simplest terms, entrepreneurship is taking some risks and creating a business area to make a profit. It can be mentioned that there are many driving factors that are effective in the development of entrepreneurship, which has an important place in the economic and human development of communities. These factors differ according to variables such as education level, family, culture, economic system, market conditions. However, it can be stated that the main driving factor in the realization of entrepreneurship as an enterprise and process is entrepreneurship intention. The tendency of entrepreneurship, which can be considered as a conscious, planned and purposeful process, is shaped by the individual's individual personality traits and environmental impacts at the same time. In this study, explanations about the concept of entrepreneurship tendency and personal and environmental effects that give direction to entrepreneurship tendency have been made.
