Velayetnames are literary texts which are accredited a huge importance by the coteries that they belong. Those texts were shaped around the personalities who have their own sofi understanding. The culture of the sofi environments is not only certain cult and lodges, but also a phenomenon which involves most of the social category at the past times. So, it can be said that; because tasavvuf is a structre that has effects to the lifes of the social categories of our lives. Therefore, it’s a necessity that to examine that works were set fort the “veli” personalites who deeply effected to the groups which were emerged around the tekkes that were the social institutes of the period, produced in which social and cultural level. One of the text-based theory which tries to explaining how the goods in a society’s culture emerged and progressed is “Historical-Geographic Finnish Theory and Method”. In this theory, the main purpose is to examining the texts which produced by the society and make inferences from them. One of the works which fronts to the analysis of the public narratives’ analysis is Axel Olrik’s “The Epic Laws”. According to Olrik, these laws can be applied to the different societies narratives.
