The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between logistics strategies, logistics coordination capability, logistic innovation capability and CRM capability among the firms that operating in the logistics sector. Of the 450 questionnaires were distributed in the 9 cities of Turkey, 428 usable questionnaires were returned, a response rate of 95%. Then, the data was analyzed by using appropriate statistical techniques via SPSS programme. The frequency, Pearson correlation, and regression analyze are used.
