Abstract

This study aims to show, how private sport companies decide their salary systems and policies, determination of employees’s salary satisfaction, investigation of salary system is fair or not and presenting objective datas. In this research questionniare study is applied. Research group includes 151 men, 30 women in total 181 that they are from 815 licensed sport companies in İstanbul and they have chosen randomly. The SPSS analysis are used for the results. One of the results in research is in private special companies employees salary system is not fairy. The other result is employees want to their performance analysis and performance based salary system in their companies. Also employers care about other factors apart from wages and market investigations.
