As a world language, Turkish gain traction among the societies that are in connection and tried to learn by them. Besides the Turkish learners by some special reasons, global world conditions raise the demand of Turkish Language Learning. Particularly, immigrants that came from Syria as a mass should fulfil their needs. Language acquisition is one of the most important parts of these necessities. In connection with the Movement of migration, the Turkish Language is taught to children that under protection within the scope of the project which is started by the Ministry of National Education and the European Union. With this Project, orientating Turkish learners to society and communicating with the target language are aimed. Turkish Teachers are appointed to cover their language learning in a faster way for the immigrants who try to learn a language in a natural environment. In this frame, contributing to this field, it is discussed, factors that affect Syrian pupils’speech abilities. The purpose of this research is to determine a common framework of factors that affect Syrian pupils’ speech abilities. The population of this research is formed by the Syrian pupils who live in Istanbul/Tuzla and samples are Syrian pupils that learn Turkish in Ulubatlı Hasan Elementary school.
