This research, which aims to determine the effect of the levels of organizational commitment of music teachers on motivation levels, is a research in general and relational screening model based on quantitative data. The study population consists of music teachers working in secondary schools in Karatay, Meram and Selçuklu districts of Konya. As a data collection tool; Organizational commitment scale and motivation scale were used. It was concluded that the level of organizational commitment of middle school music teachers has a statistically significant effect on motivation levels.
