Refugee problems in the health sector cause more complex problems and confusion. The aim of the study is to evaluate the perspective of health personnel to refugees and to offer solutions to problems. The sample of the study is 13 personnels who are still working in different units in hospitals of Ankara. These personnels are working as a; security, nurse, health technician, midwife, health care manager, translator and doctor. The interview was conducted and semi-structured interview technique was used. During the interview ask same questions to the employers which problems they have faced with refugees and which solutions they have offered. As a result of the interviews, the most stated problem was the communication problem arising from the language difference with the refugees. During the interviews, it was also stated that refugees want to have identity problems and want to be examined without supervision, they have problems when they are paid patients, they do not conform to the order of inspection, they do not comply with the order of inspection and they are crowded. In addition to these problems, the patient came to visit very crowded, can not be reach the address information in the execution of the collection of wages, outside the province they wanted to be come to the examination of the dislike and the other side of the language is expected to know their own language.},author={Emel İŞTAR IŞIKLI-- Sevcan KELEŞ},year={2019},journal={The Journal of Social Sciences}}
