Happiness is one of the most important purposes of people throughout their lives. Aristotle defines happiness as the goal of human life. Even if happiness is not the most basic needs, it may be the most important and it is an important question what influences happiness. The relationship between happiness and some factors such as income, career and level of education has been frequently researched. Is there a relationship between collective housing and happiness? This research will aim to determine the difference in happiness levels among the residents of housing constructed by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey for low and middle income families. Also, we will be tried to factors related to the happiness levels of these groups. For this purpose, a questionnaire is applied to residents of TOKI residents of these different income groups and the data obtained is evaluated with various analyzes. As a result, there is no significant difference between the happiness levels of the residents living in the low income group and the middle income group. Also, although the average income of residents living in the lower income group is lower than those living in the middle income group, this difference is not significant. In addition, there was no significant relationship between income and happiness levels. The relationship between education levels of people and happiness levels was found significant.
