The study was carried out in accordance with case study method which is one of the qualitative research designs. The study group consists of 6 footballers who had anterior cruciate ligament injures, 6 doctors who operated those injuries and 3 physiotherapists who planned the rehabilitation processes for footballers. Typical case sampling method which is one of the methods of purposeful sampling was utilized for the identification of study group. Semi-structured interview technique was used for data collection. Collected data was analyzed by using constant comparison analysis method. Results of data analysis show that according to footballers, doctors and physiotherapists, from the moment of injury to the end of the treatment period footballers are having various physiological and emotional problems.
