Changing living quarters; gradually increasing job openings and living standards after the industrial revolution made ‘’stress’’ concept that was almost unknown in past centuries into an oft-used word in our daily lives. Stress that is also described as a disease of the age emerge as different reactions in people and organizations. Stress level varies by person to person as well as it may vary by environmental conditions The chief goal of this study was to analyze the stress sources of employees in the business. The study consists of two parts. Theoretical concept and approaches based on work-related stress were scrutinized in the first chapter of the study. There is a field study relating to the issue in the second chapter. The research was conducted in businesses which serve around Kırklareli province. Survey method was applied as the data collection tool. Descriptive statistical analysis methods described the characteristics of the research sample. There was performed factor analysis to determine the stress factors. Relations between 6 given models were also mentioned. T-test, multiple regression analysis, and ANOVA test examined the differences between groups.
