Abstract

Education is known to be a phenomenon that affects and transforms social life at every stage of life from birth to death. It is only through training that the transfer of knowledge from the past to the future exists. Music education is an indispensable process of change and transformation for humanity. Music gives the person a chance to express himself in the musical field. Instrument teaching has an important place in music education. In line with this information, it is aimed to compare the knowledge acquired in the professional life and the process of undergraduate education and how the curriculum meets the requirements. For this purpose, expert opinions were consulted through a semi-structured interview form, and the data obtained were analyzed by content analysis method and the results were examined.
