Today, the concept of public administration based on pre-modern bureaucratic principles has completely lost its function. The traditional management approach is replaced by a methodology that takes into account the demands and expectations of citizens, eliminates the difference between the governor and the governed and applies public services more efficiently and effectively. This new concept is called “good governance”. Good governance has become all of the transformations that affect the use of power in contemporary societies. The Guinea government is well aware that good governance is a strong longing for the people of Guinea. İt also sees good governance as the conditions for creating a favorable climate for private investment and public administration.
