Abstract

The subject of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational justice perceptions of teachers working in the schools of the Ministry of National Education, which are at the same level but which use different education programs on their organizational commitments. This research with to examine the relationship between organizational commitment dependent variable and organizational justice independent variable and to reveal the effects between these variables. Organizational commitment dependent variable was examined under three dimensions as Affective, Continuance, Normative Commitment; the independent variable of organizational justice was examined under three dimensions as Distributive, Procedural, Interactional Justice; and the independent variable of personality traits were examined under five dimensions as Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Openness to Development. In the result of research, it was seen organizational justice sub-dimensions affected the organizational commitment sub-dimensions; and that this interaction was at similar levels in some of the sample schools and at different levels in some others. In line with the results obtained, in response to teachers' contributions to their school, making contributions such as just and just rewards and promotions to them, also by the administrators, giving information about the results participation in decisions etc. making equal and just practices it was concluded that it should.
