The aim of this study is; Expressing and discussing what 21st century skills are, their importance and necessity within the framework of the discourses of different institutions and organizations. Beside this to evaluate the reflections of these skills in the field of arts education and to make suggestions about the effect of arts education on the acquisition of these skills. Descriptive research technique, one of the scanning techniques, was used in the research. Electronic document analysis was used in the research and information and opinions on the subject were examined. The views and information analyzed were assessed, associated with art education and recommendations were made.
