The aim of this study was examining of problem solving skills of prospective students studying in School of Pyhsical Education and Sports class and School Teaching class consideringly, also adding new dimensions about this topic were purposed. In study as a collecting data tool questionnaire were used. The questionnaire were composed of two parts. In the first part of questionnaire includes items towards student’s personal knowledge prepared by researcher, the second part includes ‘’Problem Solving Inventory’’ (PSI). Questionnaire applications in study, were applied in Adıyaman University with prospective students of School of Physical Education and Sports Teaching and Faculty of Education’s School Teaching prospective students studying in level of first and second. Totally 194 person were participated to study. Analyzing data of study, determining differences between age variable points and gathered points from ‘’Problem Solving Inventory’’ (PSI), One Way Anova Test, also determining of difference between gender and class ‘’T test’’ were used, and significance level considered as 0,05. Following the research shows that prospective student’s problem solving levels were high but this were concluded undifferentiated between variables.
